White Sox's Teel off IL, will make season debut

White Sox catcher Kyle Teel, who has been on the 60-day injured list after straining his right thigh then hurting his right knee, will make his season debut vs. Cleveland, while C Edgar Quero is optioned to Triple-A Charlotte.
