Phils remove Harper in first inning with migraine

First baseman Bryce Harper, who has played in all 40 games this season, was removed by the Philadelphia Phillies in the bottom of the first inning of his team's 9-3 win over the Colorado Rockies on Saturday night with what the team said was a migraine.
