Ohtani misses 3rd in row, Dodgers to decide on IR

Los Angeles star Shohei Ohtani, who expressed soreness in his neck and along his right arm during Wednesday's 8-6 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals, was not in the Dodgers' lineup for a third straight game Saturday, but he has not been placed on the IL yet.
