Evans unable to finish 49ers' victory, exits with Achilles soreness
San Francisco wide receiver Mike Evans was unable to make it through Monday's night's 23-17 victory over Washington, leaving with a lingering bout of Achilles soreness that prevented the 49ers veteran from practicing Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
