Busy Canadiens sign deal with St. Louis, welcome Kreider

It was a busy Monday for the Montreal Canadiens, who signed coach Martin St. Louis to a multiyear extension just before training camp opens, and also introduced veteran forward Chris Kreider, 35, who signed a one-year contract with the club on Saturday.
